Destiny Mullins, Au.D.
Dr. Mullins appreciates working with patients of all ages and has a special place in her heart for pediatrics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Language and Doctor of Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She completed her externship at Integrated Ear Nose and Throat Clinic in Lone Tree, CO.
Dr. Mullins was initially drawn to audiology upon seeing how children with communication difficulties were often misidentified as having behavioral issues, while the underlying communication challenges went unaddressed. This experience sparked a deep interest in ensuring that everyone has access to effective communication.
Dr. Mullins strives to offer a compassionate patient-centered approach that emphasizes listening and building trust. She believes in creating a supportive environment where patients feel understood which helps me deliver effective and meaningful care. She believes communication is fundamental to quality of life, and she was inspired by the opportunity to help individuals access this essential aspect of human connection.
When not in the office, Dr. Mullens enjoy spending time with her husband outdoors, whether it’s a relaxing afternoon walk or a refreshing hike. In the summer, paddleboarding is her favorite activity. She also loves winding down at home with a good book.
